Easy and Effective Psychic Meditation Techniques

Psychic meditation enables you to tune your mind on and off whenever you like. It is a technique that allows you to fully concentrate on something. For instance, it comes in handy when you want to give intuitive readings or work as a medium.

Here are six ways you can follow to carry out this technique:

  1. Prepare and get comfortable
  • Choose a secret place where you can be alone for about 15 minutes.
  • Have somewhere you can note down your impressions.
  • Turn off all your electronic devices, and make sure there are no kids around to break your concentration.

If you prefer a regular meditation, I would recommend you sit or lay however you want, but for the sake of a psychic meditation, I would recommend the following;

  • Sit where your back can be supported.
  • Make sure your feet are rooted to the ground.
  • Place your hands on your lap then make sure your palms are facing up. This allows the person who is guiding you to know whether you are ready to recieve information or not.
  1. Focus on your breathing

Close your eyes then take deep, deep belly breaths. Here is a guide on how you can do it:

  • Take deep breaths through your nose and each time you do it, make sure you count to three.
  • If you can, hold your breath for about 3 seconds. At first you won’t be able to do it, but you’ll master it as time goes by. Just ensure you don’t pass out.
  • Again to the count of three, exhale through your mouth. In other words, it will take you about three seconds to exhale.
  • Do that for a while until you are able to breath normally, and after that, there will be no need for you to keep counting.
  1. Set your intention and ask for protection
  • You can either ask your spirit guide or you angel for protection (it doesn’t matter who it is). Ask them to prohibit low vibrational energies from coming through.
  • Next, set the intention that says psychic meditation is the best thing for your client.
  • If this exercise is for you, make sure you ask that it be your highest and best good.
  • Don’t ever skip this step because it allows you to work from a place of loving intention.
  1. Open yourself up and receive information

Here is where we do all the exciting things. Since you are ready to recieve all the information from your spirit guide and/or your clients guides, and you have raised your vibration, we can begin.

Basically, all you are going to do is visualize something that represents opening to you. In other words, this act will show that you are ready to receive information from your spirit guide.

However, in my case, i normally visualize a white candle being lit. and when it does, it means am redy to soak up all the information given to me

Other visualization ideas include an “Open” sign, a book or door opening or a flower opening up.

  1. Note down your impressions.

Seclude yourself in a quiet place for about 10 minutes.

Now, make your body your “antenna.” Ensure you pay attention to your body and don’t forget to note the impressions are subtle at times.

Do you notice the following?

  • Are there any images in your mind’s eye?
  • Are there any physical sensations such as needles and pins, pressure e.t.c ?
  • Do you feel any emotion? either joy or sadness
  • Can you hear anything?
  • Has your sense of knowing been enhanced?
  1. Ending your Psychic meditation in a proper way

Congratulations. This technique has allowed you to open up, and now now its time to get grounded and close down. The reason for this is to allow you to control your abilities so as to avoid picking up energies all day long. All you need to do is:

Remember the image you symbolized ealier and the do the opposite of what you did at that time. In other words, visualize:

  • closing a book
  • blowing out the candle
  • Changing the Open sign to a closed sign

Last but not least, ensure you thank your guide and ask them once again to prohibit any other energies from coming through. Sometimes it’ll be a challenge to close down, but with practice, you’ll get there. Just continue asking for help and ground yourself afterwards.

Lastly, ensure you get grounded. This allows you to balance the energy and it also allows you to lose any dazed feelings you may have.
