  • Me Time

Make sure that you have some me time and that you use self-care. You will see that you need to take time to go out and do fun things. This can make you feel better.

  • Be In Control

Take control of your life. Look at your energy and see how you can raise it. Feeling strong about things in your life can help you to feel powerful. Take control of a project, take a class or do something that can keep you feeling strong.

  • Bad Habits

Get rid of the bad habits that are holding you back. Find better habits and do things that are healthy for you. Address what you are feeling and don’t let bad feelings cause you to do negative things. Eat healthy and live your best life.

  • Be Healthy

Be healthy. Eat good foods, exercise, and do things that help you to sleep better at night.

  • Talk it Out

Talk to someone that you care about. Talk to a friend or a family member. If the breakup has left you feeling bad about yourself, you can even talk to a professional therapist or counselor. Discuss the breakup and move forward.

  • Be Mindful

Breaking up can be hard. You need to focus on what you are thinking and be mindful of what you are doing.  Be thoughtful with yourself and take a few minutes each day focusing on your breathing and on meditating.

  • Be Positive

Try to get rid of negativity and be more positive. Learn from the things that you have done in your life and turn things around. Find positive emotions and get rid of things that are hurting you.

  • Have Patience

Be patient with yourself. Pay attention to what you are feeing and learn to work through it. Be patient with yourself and don’t try to work through things fast. Things take time.

Try and change your energy to find new habits and new hobbies. Don’t be upset if things don’t get better right away but give things time. You will see that you can be happy again.
